In my thesis I try to find the answer how to sneak the spirit of slow food trend into the every day life. The Slow Food movement is all about local products, the preservation of local gastronomic cultures and food made from quality ingredients.
My aim was to create food product and the packaging as well, which changes human
relation to food and daily eating habits. All ingredients came from local farmers, bringing cities and countryside closer together. This could help us to rebuild the new and sustainable food system.
The packaging of the products was made 100% biodegradable material (corn fiber and bamboo cane). The slow food rules are also essential during the food preparation, so who eats these products can reduce ecological footprint
