Food is my language in the design area.
Food design is a transdisciplinary field where the food is for thought. We can look our society, culture and nature through the lens of food during the uniqe and interactive experience in a multisensorial way. In these events I try to find the bridge between human and the message.
I think this part of the design is a path where we can communicate with food, observe changes in our eating behaviors, human relations, and research our connection with food. One of the most important part of my design method is focusing on sustainable values
