During this workshop we focused on the slow food trend. All ingredients were seasonal and coming from local farmers. Every bite were inspired by dutch eating habits. The participants were each other’s guests though they were not aware of that at the beginning. Every course could be prepared only together. The last course was a gift which the participants could take with themselves in a box as the memory of the whole workshop.
Making food together - even we do not know each other - could help us to reconnect.
